We provide a help desk service that is available during standard business hours. We use remote support software to support your business and avoid the need for a callout, allowing issues to be fixed faster remotely when the situation allows it. We have a centralised ticketing system for all your support needs that allows us to track all changes to your network and infrastructure as well as provide you with a detailed breakdown of what issues we have worked on for you during the month.

Accounting Software Support

We have a large range of experience deploying both on-premise versions of MYOB Classic (v19) and Reckon Accounts Business & Enterprise across customer networks. We have experience tuning these to get the fastest results when you have multiple employees accessing the same data file. If your staff need to work from home or you have multiple sites and locations that require access to your data file(s), we can implement solutions for this as well.
